Before you ride with us
We educate and screen every Driver
- All our Drivers undergo background and police checks. They are trained to understand how to use our security and safety features and how to handle difficult situations.
- We undertake continuous driving history checks.
- Poor behaviour is not tolerated in our cabs. Drivers identified as having poor behaviour are required to complete compulsory remedial training before being assessed for suitability to drive for our taxi again.
Vehicles
- We undertake mandatory vehicle inspections every four months. This means every car in our fleet undergoes three times more safety checks than a rideshare vehicle.
- Every our vehicle carries our distinctive bold orange branding, guaranteeing high visibility from the road. This reduces your risk of getting in the wrong car or being picked up by an unofficial vehicle.
- Whenever you ride in our taxi, you can always see your Speed limit and Driver’s photo ID, which lists a name and car number. That guarantees you’re riding with a qualified, police checked professional. And when you book with us and provide a mobile number, we’ll SMS your Driver’s details to you on approach.
